  • You have previous leadership experience (or potential) and are excited about managing and developing a team member
  • You have a proven track record in managing growth accounts and take a strategic approach to identifying growth opportunities
  • You're strategic in your thinking but hands-on in your execution and comfortable running campaigns from concept through to analysis
  • You have excellent communication skills and are a great internal and external relationship builder
  • You're analytical, technology savvy (including CRM systems and analytics platforms) and you love making data-driven marketing decisions
  • You're highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • You understand B2B buyer behaviour and can create compelling content that resonates with trade customers
  • You're comfortable managing external contractors and agencies to deliver high-quality marketing outputs
