Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize customer communications using data-driven insights and segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to deliver high-quality campaign content and email development.
  • Analyse and interpret data to refine targeting strategies and improve overall customer experience.
  • Implement personalisation strategies to boost engagement and drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • A passion for digital marketing and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for clear messaging.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI, along with experience using automation platforms like Microsoft Customer Insights & Data or Hubspot.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing EDM campaigns, with strong time management and organisational skills.
