About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at AC3. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain a robust and secure IT infrastructure to support the business needs of AC3.
  • Manage and maintain our server and network infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Implement and manage cloud services, including Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud services.
  • Develop and implement backup and storage services to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements and new technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in an ICT Infrastructure role in a medium to large environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, VMWare, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, PowerShell, Cisco or Aruba Routing & Switching, and networking fundamentals.
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as MCITP, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or Azure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
