Reporting to the Director of Technology, you will act as the escalation point for Level 1 and 2 ICT staff for systems queries and be involved in the strategic development of future ICT projects and processes at the School.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networking infrastructure, and cloud services.
  • Ensure the availability, capacity, security, stability, and performance of all systems.
  • Act as the escalation point for Level 1 and 2 ICT staff for systems queries.
  • Be involved in the strategic development of future ICT projects and processes at the School.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years hands-on experience in an ICT Infrastructure role in medium to large environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge across Windows & Linux servers, Active Directory / Azure Active Directory, VMWare & Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, PowerShell or Shell scripting, Cisco or Aruba Routing & Switching, Networking LAN, WAN, wifi, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, FTP, SSH, TCP, VPN, IPSEC, NTP, and Azure Cloud services.
  • Relevant Industry certifications such as MCITP, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, Azure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable with working onsite 5 days per week.
