About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at AC3. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, capacity, security, stability, and performance of all systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, networking infrastructure, and cloud services
  • Ensure the security and stability of all systems, including servers, networks, and cloud services
  • Develop and implement backup and storage services to ensure business continuity
  • Collaborate with the Director of Technology to develop strategic plans for future ICT projects and processes
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Level 1 and 2 ICT staff
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in an ICT Infrastructure role in medium to large environments
  • Strong technical knowledge across Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, VMWare, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Power Shell, Shell scripting, Cisco or Aruba Routing and Switching, Networking, LAN, WAN, wifi, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, FTP, SSH, TCP, VPN, IPSEC, NTP, Azure Cloud services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week
