Hotel Operations Director

You'll be the conductor of our symphony, tying together every element of the guest experience from food to rooms to staff. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record as a Hotel GM with bags of energy and a positive mind-set.
- Experience in the lifestyle Hotels market with strong room operations and F&B experience.
- The ability to make fair decisions based on facts, aligning with our Vision.
- Business acumen and analytical capabilities.
- The capacity to advocate for customer and brand focus.
- Highly effective leadership and coaching skills with the ability to lift and inspire your team.
As our Executive Hotel Leader, you'll lead from the front, inspiring your team, delighting our guests, and representing everything that is Ovolo: Effervescent, Fabulous, Unconventional, Never Boring, and Shiny Happy.
