About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-volume venue and take your hospitality career to the next level. As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for guests.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and management to the hotel staff
  • Ensure operational processes and procedures are followed to deliver excellent customer service
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to maximise profitability
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new guests and maintain high occupancy rates
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for all hotel employees
  • Monitor and address guest feedback to continuously improve the hotel experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume venue will be highly regarded
  • Significant experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hospitality management role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of hotel operations
  • Strong financial management skills and the ability to drive profitability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Possession of passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
