The Role

  • Meet and exceed budgeted targets for assigned territories, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Implement and monitor account planning and management strategies, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage prices for accounts, leveraging price rises and credits to maximize revenue.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, developing and presenting compelling customer value propositions to key accounts.
  • Ensure all key stakeholders and direct customers within target segments are satisfied, driving long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Your Background

  • Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proven sales and business development experience, with a track record of success in account management and customer success.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and autonomously, with a strong work ethic and commitment to results.
  • Experience in the construction, building materials, or industrial industries is highly desirable, as is experience in negotiating and managing contracts.
