About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager at GFG Alliance.

This role involves managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiencies.

The main focus of this role is driving new business opportunities to grow the branch. You will be highly motivated and target-driven to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the customer base
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Excellent business development skills
  • Proven sales skills
  • Innovative and strategic business acumen
  • A passion for customer service and building rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident working autonomously and within a team
  • Well-versed in stakeholder management
  • Prior experience in the building and construction industry is desirable, but not essential
