About the Role
  • Manage the reception area, handling incoming calls and greeting visitors with a smile.
  • Provide quality information and services face-to-face, via telephone, and email to internal and external customers.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve client issues and stay updated on services.
  • Coordinate the distribution and management of all incoming/outgoing mail and monitor general inboxes.
  • Support administrative functions for meetings and events.
  • Maintain accurate financial records including petty cash and reconciliations.
  • Ensure adequate supplies of consumables and manage equipment.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid driver's licence.
  • Have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Suitability Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening.
  • Possess a combination of relevant experience, education, and training in a similar role for at least 2 years.
  • Experience working in a direct customer service role within an administration environment.
  • Working knowledge of social media and professional management of external communication platforms.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and a 'can-do' attitude.
