Job Overview

As a Commercial Analyst, you will support business operations to levy and collect infrastructure contributions from the development industry.

\Entities Responsible for this role include:
  • Leading initiatives to enhance stakeholder experience, drive operational efficiency, and proactively manage business risks.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure contributions documents and systems.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance across all stages of the development application process.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. urban planning, finance, engineering, business or related discipline).
  • Experience in working within a development servicing / infrastructure planning environment with an understanding of urban development and connection processes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across various levels.
  • Understanding of risk assessments and their application to process.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes.
