About the Role- You will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for expanding our client base and forging strong relationships.
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
- Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients
- Prepare and manage sales contracts
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices
- Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers
- Minimum 2 years' experience in freight forwarding
- Proven experience as a business development executive or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and foster relationships
- Solid time management and planning abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field is highly desirable
