System Modernisation Specialist

We are seeking a talented System Modernisation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Revenue NSW

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of core Revenue NSW applications using your expertise in modernising systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement revenue-generating systems with a focus on PHP.
  • Collaborate within an agile environment (Scrum) and participate in team ceremonies.
  • BUILD collaborative relationships with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Promote and support agile/Scrum development practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic experience or strong interest in PHP development.
  • Understanding of microservice architecture and REST APIs.
  • Ability to write SQL queries (Postgres preferred).
  • Exposure to Docker, containers, or AWS.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.
