**Job Title:** Lead Organiser
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our organising activities nationally, across all industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing operational plans in line with industry strategies and campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage operational plans that align with industry strategies and campaigns.
- Implement and promote best practices, policies, and systems that contribute to our goals, including diversity, inclusive workplaces, addressing discrimination, and barriers to participation.
- Assist in the coordination and management of national team activities.
- Support campaign development, reviews, and innovation.
- Develop our organising capability and support the growth of professionals.
**Requirements:
- A passion and drive to improve workers' lives and achieve our goals.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and educate professionals and potential candidates.
- Ability to participate in our political and social justice agenda.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience as a lead organiser preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work flexible arrangements.
