Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Evaluate client briefs, develop winning strategies, and lead proposal teams.
  • Contribute expert insight to proposals and bids.
  • Prioritise resources and develop commercial approaches for individual projects.

Project Delivery:

  • Mobilise project teams, ensuring all members are knowledgeable about their roles.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder relationships within the client organisation.
  • Manage team performance, professional development, and wellbeing.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, managing multiple projects with diverse environments.

Practice Management:

  • Mentor junior consultants, driving their development and managing performance conversations.
  • SUPPORT THE Q5 BUDDY SYSTEM AND ASSIST WITH ONBOARDING NEW TEAM MEMBERS.
  • Contribute to our ecosystem by developing new concepts, delivering training, and leading committees.

Requirements:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in consulting, focusing on organisational effectiveness or related areas.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management, organisational design, culture transformation, and employee engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering consulting projects, meeting client expectations, and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving project goals.

Ideally, you will also have experience in one or more sectors that we operate in and be familiar with project delivery tools such as Menti and Mural.
