About Us:
Our organisation is a leading provider of technological solutions, with a diverse team of experts across various countries. Our mission is to transform and manage businesses by leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as cloud, data, AI, connectivity, software, digital engineering, and platforms.
We have experienced significant growth in the last 18 months, tripling our business in Australia and New Zealand. This has enabled us to expand our team to over 3,500 members who are dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals.
The Administration/Business Services team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional client-centric services alongside other enabling functions like finance, IT, HR, and legal.
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team immediately, supporting three Vice Presidents. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and be able to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and partners.
The successful candidate will also have the ability to work autonomously, accurately take minutes, provide proactive diary management, coordinate multiple diaries, prioritise tasks, and perform general administration duties as required.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in event management, offsite meetings, domestic and international travel booking, and processing expenses for leadership members. A passion for the job and a positive influence on office/team culture are essential qualities for this role.
We offer a range of benefits including a commitment to building a sustainable, inclusive future, championing staff-led community groups, and providing access to leading learning platforms and opportunities for growth and development.
We strive to create an environment where you can thrive at work and at home, offering flexible working arrangements and a commitment to becoming a net zero business by 2030.
We adhere to industry best practices, statutory, and regulatory requirements through our Management Systems compliant to ISO9001, ISO27001, and ISO14001 standards.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, inclusivity, and sustainability.
