Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level physiotherapy diagnostic and treatment skills to meet the needs of our residents
- Contributing to multi-disciplinary care planning to ensure comprehensive and person-centered care
- Participating in regular handovers with nursing staff to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
- Case conferencing and problem-solving to address complex care needs
- Supporting residents on proactive reablement pathways and identifying deviations from these pathways
- Mentoring students on placements and engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
