About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Funding Officer to join our team at Arcare Aged Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities and documentation related to AN-ACC funding at our Arcare Glenhaven and Oatlands Residences.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate AN-ACC assessments and complete resident documentation
- Identify opportunities for AN-ACC uplift and ensure accuracy and best practice at all times
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and family members
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in clinical funding and coordination
Requirements
- Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse qualification
- Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication skills
- Current AHPRA registration
- Great documentation practice
- Great understanding of care planning, goal setting, and evaluation documentation
- Demonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current Flu & COVID vaccination is highly encouraged
