Feros Care seeks a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in delivering high-quality care and services to older adults. As a Community Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based in-home physiotherapy services, leading group exercise classes, and fostering strength, balance, and wellness in the community.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 in-home physiotherapy services to Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients
  • Lead group exercise and healthy lifestyle classes to promote strength, balance, and wellness
  • Assist clients in overcoming barriers and achieving their goals
  • Ensure efficient daily workload planning, including travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks

Essentials:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and client management software
  • Must be able to provide Clinical hours of Service from previous employment
  • A current unrestricted driver's license and a love for being on the road
