HV Substation Design Manager

This leadership role oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary designs for HV substations and renewable energy projects.
- Lead internal and external teams across various disciplines to ensure technical excellence and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to achieve technical excellence and timely project outcomes.
- Manage design reviews, interface management, documentation, and quality assurance throughout all project phases.
- Liaise with clients, OEMs, NSPs, and subcontractors to ensure integrated and compliant project results.
- Mentor junior engineers to drive technical growth within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies for HV substations and renewable energy projects.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary designs.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
