Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing detailed engineering designs, developing technical specifications, and collaborating with management on design matters. The role involves conceptual and detailed engineering of HV Substations up to 500kV for major utility and renewable projects, including battery energy storage systems, solar farms, and wind farms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop conceptual and detailed designs for HV Substations
  • Create technical specifications and engage with management on design-related issues
  • Plan and conduct professional engineering work
  • Visit sites, suppliers, or customers to clarify or confirm project requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • At least six years' experience in primary design of HV plants
  • Fundamental understanding of primary design principles
  • Detailed knowledge of HV cable design, earthing, and lightning protection
  • Solid expertise in insulation coordination, electromagnetic fields, and lighting design
