Job Description

The primary objective of this leadership position is to oversee the coordination and execution of store delivery schedules.

You will be responsible for managing a team of Transport Operators, developing their skills and motivation, and ensuring that all operations are carried out safely and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a frontline manager or supervisor with a strong track record of success
  • Extensive knowledge of National Heavy Vehicle Legislation (NHVL) and Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
  • Accreditation in TLIF0005 and TLIF0006
  • HC/HR Licence or willingness to obtain within 3 months
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
