Job Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused professional to support the effective delivery of HR services across our operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, providing timely and quality support to leaders and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires from documentation to their first day experience.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an HR advisory role, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources or related fields (working towards desired).
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and best practices within the HR sector.

This is a hands-on role suitable for junior to mid-level professionals looking to develop their skills in HR. You will join a collaborative team where your ideas are valued and respected.
