Job Title: Asst Manager/ Manager, Human ResourceKey Role Summary

This role provides support to local business leaders and teams by delivering HR services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HQ HR teams to develop and implement HR processes in the local office.
  • Establish relationships with local business leaders and employees to provide advice on HR policies and practices.
  • Develop Country HR policies and processes for compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the full HR spectrum, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, talent management, and performance management.
  • Supervise administrative matters such as asset control, expenditure management, and record maintenance.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
  • At least 7 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Familiarity with local employment laws and legislations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Real estate industry experience is beneficial.
