The primary focus of this role is to administer HR transactions and provide exceptional customer service by ensuring accurate processing in accordance with various segment HR policies and practices.
This position requires a strong understanding of enterprise HR systems and processes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle inquiries from employees, managers, and HR partners.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service through the administration of accurate and timely HR transactions;
- Ensure compliance with various segment HR policies and practices;
- Provide support and guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners on HR-related matters;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
- Stay up-to-date with changes in HR systems, policies, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of enterprise HR systems and processes;
