About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior People Partner to join our team at SafetyCulture. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by developing and implementing strategies that drive exceptional team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business metrics and develop targeted development opportunities that align with company goals.
  • Leadership Development: Focus on building leadership capability at all levels, equipping leaders to have necessary conversations, and advocating for and challenging decisions around reward, recognition, and performance.
  • Talent Acquisition Partnership: Partner with business units and leaders to solve critical business challenges through talent acquisition, proactively identifying core challenges and defining ideal candidate profiles.
  • Innovate and Simplify: Design high-impact programs and build simple, high-impact systems and processes that focus on speed and efficiency.
  • Ruthless Prioritisation: Prioritize ruthlessly to keep pace with ambitious goals, focusing on solving problems that matter most and delivering projects that create the most value.
