Job Description:

  • As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services to support people in getting well and working.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring programs to assist clients in returning to the workforce. This includes undertaking vocational assessments, initial needs assessments, worksite assessments, and providing vocational counselling and intensive 1:1 support to empower clients to transition into employment.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess qualifications and registration in Rehabilitation Counselling. A keen sense of punctuality and effective time management are also essential.
