Student Engagement Coordinator

We are a leading provider of student accommodation in Australia, aiming to be the Earth's best living company. Our mission is to create a unique experience for 19,000 students.

The Role
  • Develop and initiate programs that foster social, cultural, and academic growth among residents.
  • Participate in Community Orientation Programs to ensure a smooth transition at the start of each semester.
  • Maintain knowledge of services available to residents and share them with universities, colleges, and the local community.
  • Be a source of advice and assistance to residents, supporting their university experience.
  • Establish relationships with residents and encourage feedback for continuous improvement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A customer service mindset with high energy levels, drive, and attention to detail.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment, building strong relationships comes naturally, and you're a genuine team player.
  • Currently residing at the property during employment.
  • Actively enrolled as a student during employment.
  • Have not received any breach notifications while living at the property.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to secure a Working with Children check.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Commitment to working at least one semester.
