About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Student Experience Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our students have a positive and successful experience with us.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian student visa framework and genuine student requirements, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work effectively across diverse stakeholders and provide accurate and timely advice to support the student experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify IELTS/PTE results and utilise CEP to evaluate qualifications against Australian education standards.
  • Provide advice to prospective and current students, agents, and internal stakeholders to enhance the student experience.
  • Support program administration, database and CRM management, and contribute to marketing initiatives and events.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A strong attention to detail with excellent risk assessment and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to liaise effectively across diverse stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of the Australian student visa framework, Genuine Student (GS) requirements, and compliance obligations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong administrative and technical skills.
