Senior Sales Operations Manager

- Manage lead agents' day-to-day tasks, including calendar management and communication with vendors and buyers.
- Provide oversight and coordination for campaign communications, working with various professionals to deliver smooth listing campaigns.
- Lead daily huddles and weekly meetings to maintain focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) and GCI goals.
- Manage campaign checklists from start to finish, ensuring properties are launched within three business days of photography.
- Maintain a Five-Star Client Experience by providing proactive updates and exceptional service.
- Lead by example, upholding high standards for office behavior, brand presence, and personal presentation.
- At least three years in a senior administration, executive assistant, or sales support role within the real estate sector.
- Experience managing and motivating a team to meet weekly KPIs and daily habits.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like REX, VaultRE, or Agent Box, as well as Microsoft Suites, Canva, and other relevant tools.
- A customer-focused, dependable, and solutions-oriented approach, along with a calm demeanor under pressure and meticulous attention to detail.
