Job Summary

We are seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our workforce management team based in our Victoria Park office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth mobilisation of our workforce, focusing on crew retention and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilise strong communication skills to liaise with various sites and ensure operational requirements are met.
  • Work closely with site representatives and the workforce management team to provide a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employees.
  • Experience in talent pooling suitable employees for trade-based opportunities within a shutdown environment.
  • Ability to work with workforce planning and forecasting to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Adapt to rostering changes and maintain communication with affected sites.
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a team-focused mentality.

Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a rostering or site administration role within the resources sector.
  • Experience in talent pooling suitable employees for trade-based opportunities within a shutdown environment.
  • Ability to work closely with site representatives and workforce management team to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employees.
  • Experience with workforce planning and forecasting.
