Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Mobilisation Process Management: Oversee the mobilisation process for high volumes of candidates, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Candidate and Contractor Coordination: Review, screen, and coordinate candidates and contractors, ensuring all necessary checks and clearances are completed.
- Travel Arrangements: Assist in coordinating flights and accommodation for candidates and contractors, ensuring smooth travel arrangements.
- Induction and Health and Safety: Ensure inductions are completed and health and safety assessments are issued, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
- Communication and Team Leadership: Communicate effectively with internal staff and external clients, providing exceptional customer service and leading by example as a team leader.
- Experience in Mobilisation and Administration: Proven experience in mobilisation and administration software and systems, including Excel, Success factors, SAP, ERMS, Rapid crews, and JobAdder.
- Team Leadership and People Management: Solid experience in team leadership and people management, with a focus on developing and mentoring team members.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal staff and external clients.
