As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of a high-performing organisation that values safety, collaboration and innovation.
About the Role- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, contribute to workforce planning and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Draft and post compelling job ads promoting our employer brand across relevant channels.
- Proactively source talent through job boards, LinkedIn internal databases and networks while building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical roles.
The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously and have a strong grasp of employment legislation and best practices across diverse role types corporate, technical operational and blue-collar.
You will bring excellent communication and organisational skills a proactive and solution-focused mindset experience contributing to employer branding diversity hiring and recruitment process improvements.
Key Skills and Qualifications- 7+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience across Australia and/or New Zealand ideally spanning both agency and in-house environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
