Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain division, you will collaborate with our Operation Manager to develop business plans, goals, and strategies for our healthcare products supply and transportation services. Your primary responsibilities will include determining, implementing, and monitoring purchasing, storage, and distribution strategies, policies, and plans.

Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring the consistent application of supply contract conditions. You will negotiate contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Liaising with operation departments and customers' requirements for outward healthcare products and associated forwarding transportation will also be an essential part of your role.

You will promote a working environment where regular interaction, sharing of information, and performance feedback are encouraged. Furthermore, you will take responsibility for the safety of yourself and others, as well as the environment.

Responsibilities
  • Determining, implementing, and monitoring purchasing, storage, and distribution strategies, policies, and plans.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude, creative thinking abilities, efficient work habits, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a keen attention to detail.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this position is AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
