Job Summary:

We are seeking Year 10 students to undertake School-based Traineeships, where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. This comprehensive traineeship involves working in a Reece branch and completing certificate requirements, including workbooks, on-the-job training, and assessments.

This position is based at Plumbing Gregory Hills, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment. Key responsibilities include embracing Reece's values, policies, and procedures; providing excellent customer service; processing sales; managing stock; answering phone calls; communicating with customers and staff; building product knowledge; and contributing to maintaining the branch at a high standard.

About You:

We are looking for individuals with good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. Team players who are willing to learn, maintain a clean workspace, and present themselves professionally are ideal candidates. Students will work approximately one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability required. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to accelerate progress.

Estimated Salary: AU$22.38 per hour (based on NSW minimum wage for 16-17-year-olds), approximately AU$450 per week (full-time equivalent). This rate is subject to change according to Australian government regulations.
