**Lead Digital Project Coordinator**

This is a unique opportunity to work in an ambitious transformation delivering simplification and benefits for customers, employees, and shareholders. As part of this program, we are embarking on a bold new venture to expand our digital platforms into Southeast Queensland.

We are reimagining our digital offerings to deliver the best customer experience in the market, and you will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge technology to millions of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support multiple squads to deliver features on our digital platforms.
  • Manage each work request's scope, estimation, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate agile activities including PI planning, sprints, and stand-ups.
  • Support teams to resolve dependency, capacity, and resource issues.
  • Proactively manage dependencies, issues, and risks.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
  • Manage and deliver changes to production ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and processes are adhered to.
  • Work with other project managers, BAs, and Coaches to ensure consistent ways of working across teams.
  • Support Product Owners in each team to engage, inform, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders using product backlogs as the basis for discussions.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience as a Digital Project Manager/Scrum Master.
  • A background in software and app development with experience working across digital products; mobile banking and internet banking.
  • Experience in end-to-end delivery of change.
  • Experience in supporting and testing functional and non-functional changes for critical systems.
  • Confidence in using industry-leading collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to actively participate and contribute to all agile ceremonies.
