The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen, problem-solving skills, and IT project management expertise, along with hands-on experience managing daily IT operations.
This role is pivotal in driving digital evolution, enhancing operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and ensuring a stable IT environment.
Collaboration with European and Asian stakeholders is essential.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals.Project Management: Lead IT projects related to digital transformation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes through digital solutions and automation.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with departments and international teams to understand needs and translate them into digital solutions.Problem Solving: Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.Technology Evaluation: Research emerging technologies for potential business impact.Change Management: Facilitate organizational change and adoption of new digital tools.Budget Management: Oversee project and operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.Reporting: Provide updates on project progress and digital initiatives.International Collaboration: Communicate effectively with European and Asian stakeholders, considering cultural and time zone differences.Daily IT Operations: Oversee IT daily functions, including user support, infrastructure maintenance, and issue resolution.Asset Management: Manage hardware/software inventory, replacements, and disposal.Are you a MATCH?
