Ecommerce Digital Transformation Expert

A high-impact role for a performance-driven digital marketer to lead paid media, SEO & CRO for a global retailer based on the Gold Coast.
About the Role:- Take full ownership of the digital marketing function from campaign strategy and execution to analytics, optimisation and agency management.
- Drive performance across key digital channels and play a pivotal role in customer acquisition and growth.
- Lead and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Manage agency relationships for paid search and SEO.
- Oversee digital analytics and performance reporting (GA4, CRM dashboards).
- Identify CRO and UX improvements to increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to align messaging and targeting.
- Maintain website health, speed, and SEO strategy.
- Monitor campaign KPIs such as impressions, engagement, clicks and bookings.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing or performance-focused role.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience managing agencies and working cross-functionally.
- Background in retail, fashion, ecommerce or consumer brands preferred.
