Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to drive our digital initiatives and daily IT activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen, problem-solving skills, and IT project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals.
- Project Management: Lead IT projects related to digital transformation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes through digital solutions and automation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with departments and international teams to understand needs and translate them into digital solutions.
- Problem Solving: Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Technology Evaluation: Research emerging technologies for potential business impact.
- Experience: 3+ years in digital product management and IT operations, with successful product launches and daily IT management.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT infrastructure management.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Creative and effective in resolving complex issues.
