Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Are you looking to make a difference in the lives of others?

At TempNet, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a successful and established business that provides outstanding quality services.

This role will contribute to facilitating effective customer engagement, improving customer satisfaction, and assisting in improving healthcare access to those in remote and disadvantaged areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and address their concerns.
  • Proactively seek customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Conduct product training sessions and provide technical support to customers to ensure they can use products and services effectively.
  • Input, update, and maintain customer data in HubSpot. Generate reports to track customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services and communicate them to the Customer Success Manager.

Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of products and services.
  • Experience with medical or telehealth technology is a plus.
  • Proficiency in the use of HubSpot or similar CRM for managing customer data and generating reports.
