- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful onboarding, activation, and retention of clients.">
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements that may impact our sales efforts.">
- Use data and analytics to track and report on sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations.">
- Participate in group presentations to partners and attend industry networking events.">
- Follow up on and manage inbound enquiries.">
- Onboard customers onto the OTC trading desk in a timely manner whilst observing regulatory obligations.">
- Explore potential business growth avenues through social media and other lead-generation channels with the support of the Marketing team.">

- You have a genuine passion for crypto and the ability to quickly build on existing knowledge of the crypto ecosystem.">
- Ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-3 years of B2B sales and business development experience from a financial services, payments or investment background, with the ability to demonstrate previous success in managing client-facing roles.">
- You possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.">
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset is essential, with the ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.">
- You are willing to adapt to changing priorities and market opportunities.">
