Executive Recruiter Leader

We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition leader to drive the execution of Executive R&D growth objectives, collaborating closely with senior business leaders to shape the future of our teams while recruiting for key executive roles.
This role will own the development and implementation of hiring initiatives within Engineering and technical specializations, ensuring we attract top-tier talent for critical roles. The successful candidate will lead executive hiring initiatives globally, promoting team health and driving scalable solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build a dynamic workforce to support continued growth and success by leading global executive hiring initiatives.
- Partner with the business and global team to achieve hiring goals, optimize for scale, and land the right people in the right role at the right time.
- Maintain high-performing teams by developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, leveraging data to drive insights and actions.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of owning hiring objectives across multiple teams, planning, organizing, and implementing projects to meet established goals on time. Experience using complex data to drive distinctive perspectives, insights, and actions to improve the hiring lifecycle is essential.
Requirements
- Able to manage global dispersed teams of executive recruiters while holding reqs.
- Capable of mentoring employees through change and supporting them to become change leaders.
- Stakeholder management with executive and senior leadership in R&D and a track record of partnering with these leaders using data-led strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
