We are seeking a skilled professional to lead successful organisational change, navigating complexities and delivering interim solutions that support operational efficiency.

You will drive the planning, implementation, and evaluation of change management strategies across our operational change and project portfolio.

Key responsibilities include enabling successful transitions for individuals, teams, and the organisation from current to future states, minimising resistance and increasing adoption through effective change management practices.

You will also build organisational change capability and maturity through mentoring and capability uplift initiatives.

A strong understanding of contemporary change practices, methodologies, tools, and behavioural science concepts is essential.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills are required, with the ability to work through a high degree of ambiguity and change.

  • Deep experience managing change on large, complex initiatives in regulated sectors.
  • Experience working across multiple operational and/or strategic programs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
