About the Role

This key role will oversee the development and implementation of change management strategies, ensuring seamless transition to new business processes and technologies across all levels of the organisation.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to achieve successful adoption of the ECM solution.
  • Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis and build awareness, understanding, and support for the change initiative.
  • Monitor progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies to address emerging challenges or resistance to change.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the following key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Support and coordinate with the Change Advocacy Network and Transition Lead Network to drive strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead the development and implementation of change management methodologies and tools.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Proven track record of leading organisational change initiatives within large, complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work across all levels of an organisation and influence outcomes.
  • Experience supporting technology-driven change, particularly involving ECM or similar platforms.
