**Job Overview**:
The Department of Queensland Resources and Agriculture is seeking an experienced Transformation Specialist to develop, implement, and manage complex organisational projects.
As a key member of the department's transformation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality strategic advice, analysing performance, and formulating briefing documents.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and deliver strategic advice to drive organisational outcomes
- Analyse and report on departmental performance, identifying inefficiencies and process improvements
- Formulate and construct briefing documents and reports for publication and ministerial presentation
- Communicate changes and issues to stakeholders, ensuring effective engagement and relationship management
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years' experience in HR transformation and/or relevant project management
- Excellent communication, engagement, and project leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience in formal briefing document writing and interpreting legislation and internal documentation
