As a Federal Government Policy Advisor, you will be working on high-profile initiatives to develop and implement policy advice for the workplace relations agenda.

About the Role

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to lead international policy statements and contribute to major cases. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing legislation and advising on its implementation
  • Maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders to ensure alignment with government objectives
  • Monitoring policy developments and participating in strategic discussions
  • Implementing initiatives to enhance group work and collaboration
Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, the ability to explain complex concepts, and excellent interpersonal skills. Prior experience in policy development and/or workplace relations is highly regarded.

You must be an Australian citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance at the Baseline level or higher.
