We are seeking experienced professionals to work across several government agencies.

You will play a critical role in shaping the direction of government policies and programs, ensuring they align with the government's objectives and deliver benefits to the community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop policies that align with the government's objectives, priorities, and legislation. Analyze research and data to identify policy options, assess their potential impact, and make recommendations to senior management.
  2. Design and implement programs that support the government's policies. Develop program objectives, performance indicators, and implementation plans, and work with stakeholders to ensure that programs are delivered effectively.
  3. Monitor progress, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
  4. Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, industry groups, and community organizations, to gather input and build support for policies and programs.
  5. Evaluate policies and programs to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in a government environment at EL 1 level.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of government processes and procedures, as well as knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
  • A security clearance is required to work in the federal government.
