Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Development Lead to manage the development of innovative products, packages, and deals within a designated destination portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining product offerings that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

  • Manage product requirements for a portfolio of destinations.
  • Identify gaps in the wholesale range to create unique travel product offerings.
  • Produce high-quality travel brochures within the designated portfolio, including pricing, copywriting, and image selection.

Requirements

  • Qualification in Travel and Tourism (well-regarded).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Travel Industry role.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian and international destinations.
  • Innovative thinking and ability to develop/maintain relationships with internal/external partners.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel).
