Job Description

As a Claims Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing empathetic support to customers during challenging times. Your primary responsibility will be to manage your own claims portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for approximately 40 customers.

You will assess customer needs, guide them through the process of procuring a new vehicle, and ensure they are educated and informed throughout. Effective communication and sound decision-making skills are essential to resolve issues and advocate on behalf of customers when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications
