Claims Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • This full-time position involves managing a portfolio of customers and providing them with empathetic support throughout the claims process.
  • You will be responsible for assessing claims, guiding customers through the process, and ensuring they receive the best possible outcome.
  • We are looking for someone who can act as a customer advocate, using proactive communication and sound decision-making to understand and address customer needs.
  • This role requires strong decision-making skills, judgment, and the ability to find practical solutions to complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 customers, providing them with exceptional service and support throughout the claims process.
  2. Assess claims, guide customers through the process, and ensure they receive the best possible outcome.
  3. Act as a customer advocate, using proactive communication and sound decision-making to understand and address customer needs.
  4. Support the motor strategy by helping deliver on the promise of getting customers back behind the wheel with minimal delay.
